The exhibition, “ITALIAN DETAILS” opens to the public Saturday the 3rd of June at he gallery La Giarina doesn’t intend to propose any rigid design theory, nor approve new tendencies starting from a historic analysis of the research of the Italian artists of the last 30 years. It is instead of an open and in progress investigation of some aspects and authors of art in Italy in the 70’s through to our days. A small but significant split of a reality very diverse and complex, dense with preens and movements, fruit in some ways of a culture that still defines us.
We can easily see that artists that don’t have common generation, ideology, poetry, technique, find correspondence in that common cultural human matrix that has always fed our most advanced artistic research.
In this occasion the names to be compared are: CLARA BRASCA – DAVIDE COLTRO – CLAUDIO COSTA - DANIELE GIRARDI – EMILIO ISGRO’- ALDO MONDINO – ADRIANO NARDI – LUISA RAFFAELLI – TOTI SCIALOJA – GIULIO TURCATO. But is only the first stop in a possibly long rational path.
